Where We Began

Rochelle Johnson, founder and CEO of DiVerse Industrial Solutions, LLC, began welding at the age of 14, as the first female, minority-student to enroll at Indiana County Technical Center.  Garnering awards and accolades for years of dedication to mastering the skills necessary to overperform in the multifaceted industrial industry, spurred the decision to launch the business and be a solution to complex projects by providing excellence throughout execution.  

In the power industry she learned all aspects of boiler work, turbine overhauls and coal yard maintenance.  Rochelle's hard work over the years allowed for experience in leadership roles such as weld training, safety procedures, bidding jobs, hiring union workers and running jobs independently.  

The past 30 years has provided extensive knowledge and involvement in a variety of power stations; including the former nuclear station, Three Mile Island.  These skill sets allow her the diversity to adapt to the everchanging industry.

The opportunities afforded to Rochelle while working in the power industry inspired the creation of DiVerse Industrial Solutions.
